Our Self-Storage contents protection is provided by Basil Fry & Company. (StoreProtect) T&C's can be found in the Terms of agreement & Storeprotect Addendum.

Security deposit

Upon booking, a refundable security deposit will be charged. It's returned upon vacating, unless damages or other terms are not met. If you cancel before move in day, the deposit will be returned in full.

Please note

We will require a form of photo I.D that will be reviewed before we allow you to enter our facility. (Photo I.D - Passport or Drivers Licence & Proof of a Address - Utility Bill/HMRC Letter/Council Letter or similar).

Upon satisfaction of I.D check, payment in full and a signed contract - you will be issued with your own personal gate code and access to our facility will be granted.

Access to our facility at Bestwood Village is Monday - Friday 06.00 - 18.00 & Saturday 06.00 - 12.00. We are closed on Sundays. Open as normal on Bank Holidays. 

Access to our facility at Hucknall is Monday - Saturday 07.00 - 19.00. 

Office hours are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (Office closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.)

Your card will automatically be charged on renewal date. (every 4 weeks/28 days, as standard) Payments in full are required in advance of your 4-week storage period and on time. Late fees may be added to your account if payments are overdue. You can view all invoices and receipts in our Customer Portal, once you've created an account. 

You can cancel at anytime, by giving us a 28-day notice period in writing, in person or over the phone. We will then be able to work out a final invoice payment for your remaining term. Security deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of your storage period. The minimum term is 4-weeks.
